EFR First Aid Courses

Duration: Two days
Location: Lohja

EFR (Emergency First Response) first aid courses are well suited for example as a workplace first aid course. The courses with their flexible implementation enable the different course units to be taught together or separately. Tailored courses can also be arranged to tackle the special education needs of a workplace. EFR courses build the confidence to help in an emergency through repetition and simplification.

The EFR Primary Care course includes learning CPR and first aid skills with adult, child, and infant patients. The use of a defibrillator is also included in the training.

In the EFR Secondary Care course, you learn how to act in accident situations that do not cause immediate danger to life, for example examining injuries, examining illness, dressing wounds, and splintering fractures and dislocations.

More information about the EFR system and the contents of the courses can be found at: https://www.emergencyfirstresponse.com/.

Meriturva offers EFR first aid courses as a package lasting two working days (16 hours), including both EFR Primary and Secondary Care parts.

We organize courses on request for groups at a price of €300/person (incl. VAT). The price includes the material, first aid card and morning coffee, lunch, and afternoon coffee on both days. The maximum group size for the course is 24 persons.
