STCW Special Trainings for Passenger Ship's Personnel

STCW Special Trainings for Passenger Ship's Personnel (before Crowd and Crisis Management, CCM) is aimed at passenger ship and RO-RO passenger ship crews and officers, who are according to Muster List responsible for the safety of the passengers in emergency situations.

Meriturva's course in Lohja is arranged according to STCW Code's Sections A-V/2.3 Passenger ship crowd management training (Table A-V/2-1) and A-V/2.4 Crisis management and human behaviour training (Table A-V/2-2).

Course gives participants knowledge to control crowds in emergency situations, use the ship's safety and emergency equipment and to communicate effectively. Courses in English are arranged for groups on request. Open courses for individual participants are available in Finnish.
