Initial Fire-Fighting Training AS1

The course complies with the criteria of the Finnish Rescue Services Association (SPEK) and is an AS1-certified course in Firefighting 1. The card is valid for five years.

”In the initial firefighting training, you will acquire the necessary skills to extinguish initial fires. You will be able to prevent or significantly reduce the damage caused by a fire. Effective initial extinguishing is a civic skill that anyone can need at home, in a holiday home, at work or even on the road. The law also states that in the event of an accident, it is everyone's responsibility to take rescue measures to the best of their ability. The course also teaches how to identify fire hazards and how to prevent incidents.” (SPEK)

The duration of the training is approximately 2 hours, including a theory lesson and practical exercises with a fire blanket and a hand extinguisher.

We organise initial fire extinguishing training courses for groups on request for 315 €/group + 30 € / person (incl. VAT). The maximum group size is 16 people. We also organise open courses for individuals.
